AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SMITH CONTRACTING FOR THE LAND
LOCATED BETWEEN 2" STREET AND WATER STREET AND BETWEEN JEFFERSON
AND MADISON STREETS FOR THE LOCATION OF THE DOWNTOWN CONVENIENCE
CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease
agreement with Smith Contracting for the land located between 2nd Street and Water Street and
between Jefferson and Madison Streets for the location of the Downtown Convenience Center.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
