ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANE ING AND ZONING COME133ION BY ITS FINAL
REPORT EMBODIED IN A RE30LUTION ADOPTED ON JANUARY 17TH, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COWJISSIONERS OF Tc!E CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on January 17th, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of Lot 8 in Block 4 Oakland Terrace
Addition, fronting 100 feet on the South side of Kentucky Avenue
between loth and 17th Streets, and recorded in Plat book "C"
page 57, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be an-' the same
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
