That the City-anaC�er be, and he is hereby authorized
to advertise for bids for the sale to the city of Paducah of one
(1) neer 1947, five (5) pasoen-,or four door automobile suitable
for use in the police department of the City of loducah, police
car 1-26 which ns vrec':al in an acct ant on 1u ust 31st, 1947
to be traded in on said new automobile. The car to be purchased
shall be of the 'rind havinG a list price of not exceeding
2000.00, and each binder shall submit the amount which will be
allowed by tnkinr- in on the trade the aforesaid police car 76.
'To bid shall be connVored unless it contains the written agree-
ment of the dealer that said automobile, if purchased, shall be

purchase.
SECTIO.. 2.

SECTION 3.
The City L'anaCar shall advertise for bids both for

the making of repairs would be more economical. The board shall
reserve the ric-ht to reject any and all bids and the city shall
not become legally obligated to purchase said automobile or to ha,,
the aforesaid police car ;6 repaired until the adoption of an
ordinance authorizing the execution of a contract.
SEC TIO?I 4.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and -after its adootion.
