PROPERTY LOCATED AT SOUTH 21ST STREET AND THE OLD CLINTON ROAD
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, :9HICH WAS ACCEPTED BY 'PHE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING C01VIS3ION B`:' ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON SEPTEM ER 19TH, 1947.
BE IT ORDAINED DY THE BOARD OF CO MISSIONME S OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKf:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planninv and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on September 19th, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at South 21st
street and the Old Clinton Road, and recorded in flat Book "D"
page 10, T+:cCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and the same
is herebly approved.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
,nd after its adoption.
