FORD IN THE SUM OF -,500.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOT #160 IN UTTEREACK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND AUTHOgIZrNG THE AfOR A.`D CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY WHEREAS,' Henry Collins, Treasurer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, has become the purchaser of the hereinafter described Property of the delinquent taxpayer under and pursuant to the Provisions of FRS 92.6370; and, 71HEREAS, the owner of said property has failed to redeem the same within two years from the date of the sale thereof to the City Treasurer; and, 117HEREAS, deed to said property has been executed and delivered by said Treasurer to the City of Paducah as provided in KRS 92.760; and '.".WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has received an o.fer for the hereinafter described real estate and it is deemed advisable to authorize the conveyance to the bidder for the amount offered iy him; NOW WIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE hOARD OF CO!:iI:;ISaIONERS OF THE, CITY OF PADUCAH, KEIITJCKY: SEC TION 1. That the 17ity of Paducah accept the offer of James R. Ford in the sum of ;500.00, ;,200.00 to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of ;25.00 per month e.;i th S,'' interest, for the purchase of Lot ;,1160 in Utterback Addition, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pagre 230, McCracken County Court Clerkis Office, a lien to be retained in the deed of conveyance to him as security for the deferred purchase price; and the bia.yor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said prope: for arra on behalf of the City of Paducah; but without any covenant of warranty. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
