HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 11, Page 176, No Ordinance Number176 / AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AND ESTABLISHING AS A BOULEVARD CLAY STREET FROM THE FWEST LINE, OF 11TH STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF 13TH STREET, REGULATING THE SAME, AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CM11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ItENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Clay Street from the west line of 11th street to the east line of 13th street be, and the same is hereby de- clared to be and is established as a boulevard, and all vehicles of every kind approaching said street or boulevard at the intersection of 12th street shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or to cross said street or boulevard. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less tUan 5.00 nor more than ;;20.00 for each violation thereof. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extant of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
