AN ORDINANCE AUIH ORIZINC THE SALE TO ULYSSES PARKER
AND HIS MOTHER, SUSIE PARKER, OF LOTS 7 AND 8 IN BLOCK 4
OF LINCOLN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXLCUTE SEPARATE
DEEDS OF CONVEYhNCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO1.41IISSIONERS DF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Ulysses
Parker and his mother, Susie Parker, in the sum of };40.00
cash for the purchase of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 4 of Lincoln
Heights Subdivision as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book
"A", pages 268 amd 2692 McCracken County Court Clerks Office,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, separate deeds of
conveyance to said property.
SEC 171 Oil 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect .from
and after its adoption.
