That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Thomas E.
Goode in the sum of ,;,325,00 cash for the purchase of Lot No. 2

and Ilahm Street in the City of 1 aducah, and authorizin;_ the Layor
and City Clerk to execute, for and on behalf of the city o!' Paduca
