SECTION 1.
'I'nat the City of Paducah accept the offer of Ilannah Csldwell
Thompson in the sun of ,:75.00 cash for the purchase of Lots 18, 19
and 20 in Block 5 o: the Resurvey of Block 4, I:ineral ':,*ells Additic
as shovn by ola; recorded in _lat Bool. "A", page 266, EcCracken
County Court Clerk's O Cice; also the offer of Ulysses rarker and
• his Yother, Susie Iar%er, in the sum of „50.(.0 cash for the purchas
of Lots 21 & 22 in Flock 5 of the Resurvey of Llock 4, Lineral ',fell
Addition, as srov+n by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 266,
aforesaid Clerk's Office; also the o:fer of :.ary L'. Dorian in the
sum o1 11425.00 cash for the purchase of a lot located on the South
side of Park Avenue between 19th and 21st Streets (formerly 21st
Street); and alto the oifer of Thomas E. :vallis in the sum of 50.0
for the purchase of Lot 56 in Block 29 of Harris, Flournoy, Trimble
and rNortonls Addition, as s`,o1:n by plat of record in `Deed Book "0"
nage 230, aforesaid Clerk's office, ;;;20.00 of the purchase price
to be paid in ca.,', and the balance to be -aid at the rate of 1,10.01

authorized to execute, for and on iehalf of the City of Iaducah,
proper instruments of conveyance to said property.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
