in O'1rian's Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as shotiin
by plat of said addition of record in Plat Book "A", pa --e 77,

for the purchase of pa, -,t of Lots 12 and 13 in 'lock_ 11, Rolland
lace Addition, as shown by plat recorded in Deed Book 40, pa. -e
366, aforesaid Clerk's Office; and the I..ayor and City Clerk
are hereby autho_••ized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of laducah, deeds of conveyance to said property.
