A N ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTH 12TH STREET NEAR
BURNETT STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS
ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COI-IMI63ION BY ITS
FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER
9th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the city
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on December 9th, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located on the North
side of North 12th Street near Burnett Street, and recorded in
Plat Book "C", page 56, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
be and the same is hereby approved..
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
