SEC TICII 1.
There is hereby ar,propriated the sum of ;;6,768.87 for the
full payrlent and satisfaction of the agreed judginents rendered
against the City of Paducah in favor of the national Cast Iron
Pipe Company in each of the above stylet' actions, said judgments
and tae costs of Court in said actions which shall also be paid
to be clarged to the appropriation to the legal department l'or
settlement of suits and claims under the ..pportionment Ordinance
for 1947.
SEC TIO r 2.
This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting o
the board of Commissioners and remain on file for public inEpectio
at least seven (7) days, in the completed Form in which it shall
be put upon its find passage, and if adopted it shall :,e in full
force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
