OF LOT 26 IN BLOCK 2 ON MILLER ATREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOARD OF COI:i1„I ,SIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Eddie Mullen
and wife in the sum of y35.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 26
in Block 2 in Oak Park Subdivision, as shown by plat recorded
in Plat Book "A", page 217, McCracken County Court Clerks Office
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the city of Paducah, a deed of conveyance
to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
