And the 11.ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Kiwanis Club of Paducah, Rentucky, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed of conveyance to said property provided said deed contains a provision under which the above described property shall only be used by said club, or by its successors and assigns, as a site for providing recreational facilities for the benefit of teen age children residing in the City of Paducah or for such other civic purposes as may be approved by the Board of Commissioners, which re- strictions as to the use of said property shall be covenants running with the land, and in the event of the violation of any of the restrictive covenants therein contained, the title to said property shall at once and without notice revert to the City of Paducah.
