AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO GERALD ROBY OF LOTS
NOS. 25, 26 AND 27 IN BLOCK 2 OF TERRELL'S FOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION;
AND ALSO) ME SALE TO J. R. K :ELING OF LOTS NOS. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
IN BLOCK "C" OF NAUHEIIS' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCK:
AND AUTHORIZING TIME IaZOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DELDS OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID F?'.OPMTY

OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Gerald Roby
in the sum of F,150.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lots
25, 26 and 27 in Block 2 of-eervell's mountain Park Addition, as
shown by plat recorded in Flat Book "A", page 84, McCracken County
Court Clerk's Office; also tie offer of J. R. feeling in the sum
of ,125.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lots i.o. 1, 2,
3, 4, and 5 in Llock 'C" of Nauheim's Addition to the City of
Paducah as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", pages 156 & 16
I:;cCracken County Court Clerk's office; ana the Layor and City Clerli
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on beihalf of the City of
Paducah, a deed under winich said property shall be conveyed with
covenant of 2pecial "!.grranty of title and subject to any encroach-
ments, defects, or any other state of facts ;.hich an accurate
survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
