THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TIOD 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Frar
7. Farley in the sum of gSO-OO for the purchase of Lot 4 in
%lock "C" of the Pace Addition as shorn by plat recorded in
Plat Book "A", paCe 2G2, McCracken County court Glcrk's Office.
Q25.00 of said purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance
to be paid at the rate of 05.00 per creek with interest thereon
at the rate of 5") until paid. And the Nayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute proper instruments for the sale
of said property upon the aforesaid terms and subject to such
further terms, conditions and covenants as may ce required by the
City Vanager.
SEC TI Oh 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and alter its adoption.
