AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO 17ILLIA PAGE OF
LOT 1, Iii BLOCK 2 II1 THE GILSON, ROCK & TULLY ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AIM AUTHORIZING THE I.1AfOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF W.U.iISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of ':iilma
Page in the sum of .,50.CO for the purchase of Lot 1 in
Block 2 of the Gilson, Rock R: Tully Addition as shown
by plat of said Addition recorded in Plat book "A", page
25, McCracken County court Clerk's Office. ;,'25.00 bS
said purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance
to be paid within thirty (30) days with interest at the
rate of G"11. And the ,'.'ayor and City Cleric are hereby au-
thorized to execute a deed for the sale of said property upon
the aforesaid terms and subject to such further terms,
conditions and covenants as may be req !red by the City
%'anagen.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after -its adoption.
