SECTION 1.
That the attached statement of H. G. McElnee, City
I:.anager, dated Parch 28th, '1944, and in which statement he reoorts
to the Board of Commissioners the sale of }.127,000.00 IAunieipal
Hospital 3% Revenue Refunding bonds to Stein giros F- Boyce,
Almatedt Brothers and Bankers Bond Company of Louisville,
Kentucky, be received and filed with the official records of
the City,
SEC TIO:; 2.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
