CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE L•OARD OF COM1.1I3SIO1tERS OIC' THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Duke
Groves in the sum of ,:50.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Lot 3 in Block a in OlBryan's Addition, as shown by plat
of said addition recorded in Plat Book "A", page 77, McCracken
County Court Clerkfa Office; also the offer of '.:. rreston .*lalston
in the sum of .'.300.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of
Lot 10 in block 24 at the Northwest corner of 19th-':lashington
Streets; and the Llayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds under
which said property ohall be conveyed r:ith covenant of Special
'i!arranty of title and subject to any encroachments, defects,
or any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said
Property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
