AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO DAVE KELLEY OF
LOT 27 IN BLOCK 12 AT THE NORTiIVIEST COR14ER OF 16TH AND CLAY
STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AMD AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF (L'NVEYANCE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COWAISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Dave Kelley
in the sum of 4?275.00 for the purchase of Lot 27 in Block 12,
located at the Northwest corner of 16th & Clay Streets, $240.00 to
be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of 5;35.00 to be paid
under a Contract of Sale wherein said City will agree and
obligate itself to convey said property upon the payment of said
balance in two (2) monthly installments in the sum of •17.50 each,
with interest on said balance at the rate of 6% per annum until paid.
And the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute contract
for the sale of said property upon the aofresaid terms and subject
to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be required
by the City Manager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
