BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF i

PADUCAII, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the.offer of Mrs. R. L.
Campbell in the sum of ;365.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Let 1 in Block 3 located at the Northwest corner of Fern and
Oak Streets; also the offer of n. B. Peyton in the sum of ;x75.00
to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lors 85, 86 and 87 in
Block 6 of Jersey City Addition as shown by plat recorded in
Deed Book "E", page 347, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office;
and the I,layor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said
property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special Warranty of
title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would
show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
