Iiadopted by the-eieral Council of the City of Paducah on October

2.3, 1909, and amended by the Board of Commissioners on February II

29th, 1944, be and the same is hereby amended and reordained, so
I' that said sections w::en so amended and reordained will read as
follows:
"SECTIOil 6. All grave lots sold in Oak Grove Cemetery
under what is Known as the single grave privilege, the price
thereof is hereby fixed at 610.00 per grave, and for the small
size grave lots, in certain sections for the burial of children
12 years of age and under, shall be 9'4.00 per lot.

;I Section 9. The charge for opening and closing of graves
shall be as follows:
For Bob( Week Days Sundays & Holidays
Adults ;8.00 :12.00
Childred 12 years

For Vaults
Adults 12.00 18.00 .
Childred 12 years
and under 8.00 10.00
SECTION 2.
iThis ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
