OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIcII+IISST OVERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAII, KENTUCITY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of James H.
Ford in the sum of V -100 -CO to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Lot 66 in 1-7atts Boulevard Addition to Paducah, Kentucky, as
shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A" paEe 97, McCracken
County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are j
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be conveyed
with covenant of Special 117arranty of title and suvject to
any encroachments, defects, or any other state of fadts which
an accurate survey of said property would show.

This ordinance shall be in full force and cffect from !
