A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE OF SALE OF MOTOR BUS FRANCHISE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCICY :
SECTION 1. I
That Tuesday, lurch 7th, 1944, at the hour of 12:00
i
o'clock Noon, is hereby fixed as the date and hour for the sale
of the I:iotor Bus Franchise under the provisions of an ordinance
entitled:
AN ORDINANCE DIRECTIP:G THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO SELL A FRAIIrIIISE AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASER TO MAINTAIN AIM OPERATE ;•iOTOR PASSENGER BUSES
OVER AIM UPON THE STREETS, AVENUES AND PUBLIC '."TAUS IN
TIE CITY OF PADUCAH AND FIXING TIE TERMS AND CO_dDITIONS
OF TiIE EXERCISE OF SAID GRANT
whidh was adopted b3 the board of Commissioners on I,ebruary lst, 191
and became e'fective on February 11, 1944.
SECTION 2.
The City i:inager will cause to be published in the official
newspaper of the City of Paducah for five (5) consecutive issues
(Sunday included) next prior to and including the date of said sale'
a notice of the time, terms and place of sale as provided in said
ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
