AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO W. C. 3LEDD I
OF LOT 9 IN BLOCK 3 OF ROVILAND PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE P,IAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUT% A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT 013DAIIIED BY il:E BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of 1.7. C.
Sledd in the sum of � 5.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Lot 9 in Block 3 of Roviland Place Addition to the City of
Paducah, as shown by plat recorded in Deed Book 40, page 366,
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed yonder which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of 6pecial llarranty of title and subject
to any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts which
an accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
