AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TUE SALE TO A;`IDREW TUBBS OF
LOT 11 IN BLOCK 14 Oil LIZZIE STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING TILE 1.1AYOR APID CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
PROPER INSTRUDENTS OF CONVEYATTCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
i SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Andrew Tubbs
1 in the sum of $40.00 for the purchase of Lot 11 in Block 14 on
Lizzie Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, ;¢20.00 to be
paid in cash and the balance in the sum of X20.0.0_...... paid
i under a Contract of Sale wherein said City will agree and
obligate itself to convey said property upon the payment of said
balance in two (2) monthly installments in the sum of %0.00 each
with interest on said balance at the rate of 6% per annum until p+
And the MAyor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
contract for the sale of said property upon the aforesaid terms a
subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be
required by the City 1.1anager.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
