That Section. 15 of an ordinance entitled: "All ORDINANCE FIXING AND REGULATING 'FHE LICENSE TAXES, AND MANNER AND FOR,,. OF GRANTING AND I33UIIIG SAGE ON THE VARIOUS LINES OF BU3IIdE33, OCCUPATIONS, PROFENSIOIIS, TRADES AND CALLINGS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR NON-PAYMENT THEREOF, AND FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO ENGAGE IN ANY SUCH LINES OF BUSINESS, OCCUPATIONS, PROFS.>SIONS, TRADES AaD CALLINGS !:`I'I iOUT FIRST PAYING THE LICENSE TAX AND PROCURING LICENSES AS PROVIDED HEREIN", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah on December 30th, 1940, be and the same is hereby amended so that said Section as amended shall read as follows: "Section 15. Amusements & Athletic Contests "Any person engaged in the business of conducting wrestlin, matches, boxing matches or other athletic contests, or conducting plays, games or other entertainments for private profit shall pay a license tax of $50.00. But this Section shall not apply to the business of conducting carnivals, circuses or tent shows, walkathoms, marathons or physical endurance contests." SEC TION 2 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. i SECTION 3.
