AND CI`.PY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO
II SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
j CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
�• That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Maudie Darn(
i
in the sum of tiQ27.50 for the purchase of Lot 6 in Block 6 in
Gilson, Tully and Rock Addition as shown by plat recorded in plat
Book "A", page 25, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, $10.00
to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of }x17.50 to be paid
in 90 days with interest on said balance at the rate of 6% per
annum until paid. And the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorii
to execute contract for the sale of said property upon the afore-
said terms and subject to such further terms, conditions and
covenants as may be required by the City Manager.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
