AN ORDINAiXE ACCEPTING THE BID OF 1$ARY N. IIOWELL IN THE SUM
OF $3400.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF 500.CRES OF LAPID KNO1,YN AS THE

Ii"OLD AIRPORT PROPERTY" LOCATED ON THE COLEI/AN ROAD NEAR PADUCAH,
ii KENTUCKY, AND AUTIIORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EKECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City pf Paducah accept the offer of Mary N.
Howell in the sum of ,;43400.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of 50 acres of land, more or less, knovin as the "Old Airport
Property" located on the Coleman Road near Paducah, Kentucky,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed
under which said property sill be conveyed to the saidnMary N.
Iiowell with covenant of Special ',':arranty of title and subject
to any defects, encroachments or any other state of facts which
an accurate survey might show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
