BYERLEY TO A LOT 50x160 FEET LOCATED 50 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 26TH AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF SAID LOT TO EURUTH R. STEM, AND ALSO THE' EXECUTION AND DELIVERY TO RODDIE PHIPPIP PEEBLES OF A QUITCLAIM DEED 'PO A 50 FOOT LOT LOCATED AT TIIE 3OUT1113AST CORNER OF 26TH AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, SAID INSTRW-1 i1TS TO BE EXECUTED BY THE 1,1AYOR AND CITY CLERK FOR AND ON BEHALF OF TIIE CITY OF PADUCAH WHEREAS, under a deed of conveyance executed by T.A. Buller, Master Commissioner of the ticCracken Circuit Court to the City of Paducah, dated December 23, 1941 and of record in Commissioners Deed Book 11, page 120, McCracken County Court Clerks Office, a 50 foot lot located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of 26th and Kentucky Avenue was erroneously conveyed to said city; and, WHEREAS, in the aforesaid deed of conveyance a lot 50x1601 9" located 50 feet East of the Southeast corner of the intersection of 26th and Kentucky Avenue should have been con- veyed; and, WHEREAS, Ira C. Byerley and his wife, Mary B. Byerley being the owners of the lot which should have been conveyed to the City o! Paducah under the aforesaid Commissioner's Deed have voluntarily executed and delivered to the city a deed to said ,property; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD OF COIR.-TISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAN, KENTUCKY SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept of Ira C. Byerley and his wife, Pilary B. Byerley, their deed of conveyance to a certain lot or parcel of land fronting 50 feet on Kentucky Avenue and extending back with an uniform width 1G0, 9 " to an alley, said lot beginning at a point in the South line of Kentucky Avenue 50 feet East of the Southeast corner of the intersection of 26th and Kentucky Avenue, and that the City of Paducah accept the offer of Euruth R. Stem in the sum of N526.00 for the purchase of said lot, the amount of the purchase price to be paid in cash. That the City of Paducah execute and deliver to Roddie Phillip leebles, the owner of the 50 foot lot at the Southeast corner of the intersection of 26th and Kentucky Avenue, a Quitclaim deed to said property; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized 930 and empowered to execute deeds of conveyance for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this ordinance.
