TO EXECUTE PROPER RISTRU1`1E-"T1'S OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1.
That the City of laducah accept the offer of B.B, urch
In the sum of ?175.00 for the purchase of Lct 13 in block 25 on
19th Street between JashinLton and Clerk Streets, 9,87.50 to be
paid in cash and the balance in the sum of ,,87.50 to be paid
!under a Contract of Sale wherein said City will agree and
obli7,ate itself to convey said property upon the payment of said
balance in thirty (30) days from the date of said contract,
,together with interest on said balance at the rate of oo per annum
until paid; and that the City of Paducah also accept- the offer of
:Mrs. Verna I°lallace in the sum of $45.00 for the purchase of Lot 12,i
in 3lock 5 as shown on plat or plats of the Gilson, Rock and Tully's•
!Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as recorded in Plat
Book "A" pages 25-27, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, the

sum of p15.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of .$30.0,0
';to be paid under a Contract of Sale wherein said city will agree
and obligate itself to convey said property upon the payment of said
;balance in three (3) monthly installments in the sum of $10.00 each,
