AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO RUFUS D. GARLAND
OF LOT 1, IN BLOCK 1. 01" W. F. BRADSHAWIS ADDITION IN MECHANICSBURG;
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A14D CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMI4ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC WON 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Rufus
D. Garland in the sum of $60.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Lor 1 in Block 1 of W. F. Bradshaw's Addition in Mechanicsburg,
said lot being located on Yeiser Avenue between Woodward and Cooley
Streets in the City of Paducah; and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be conveyed wittl
covenant of Special 7/arranty of title and subject to any encroach-
,ments, defects, or any other state of .facts which an accurate
survey of said property vrould show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance -shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
