OF KENTUCKY FOR THE WEST KENTUCKY VOCATIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL OF
LOT 24 IN BLOCK 8, AND LOT 8 IN BLOCK 9 OF ROWLAND'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COT-IMI33IONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky for the I%est Kentucky Vocational Training
School, in the sum of $125.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase
of Lot 24 in Block 8 and Lot 8 in Block 9 of Rowland's Addition
to the City of Paducah, as shown by plat of record in Deed Book
40, page 366, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of "pecial I'larranty of title and subject to'
any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts which an
accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
