Ii annually, such audit of the accounts of all city officers to be
made by qualified public accountants, ;IO:'J, THEREFORE,

accordance with their written proposal for the price of "".2100.00
and the City '%na.Ser is hereby authorized to enter into and sign
a contract wiith said public accountants for the preparation of
said audit. Said Contract shall provide for the preparation of
an audit in compliance with all of the provisions of Section 89,659
of the Kentucky I,evised Statutes, and said auditors shall
furnish to the City in pamphlet form 50 copies of said audit,
one (1) to be published in the official newspaper, and a copy
to be ,available to each voter who may apply for same at the office
