That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Taylor
Hopkins in the sum of .`,35.00 for the purchase of property located
at the Southeast corner of 10th Street and Leake Avenue in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, the sum of ;,20.00 to be paid in cash
and the balance in the sum of ,,15.00 to be paid under a contract
of sale wherein said city .:ill agree and obli5ate itself to
convey said property upon the payment of said balance within
thirty (30) days, with interest thereon at the rate of o per
annum. And the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a contract for the sale of said property upon the aforesaii
terms and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants
as ria; be required by the City idanaCer.
SECTIO_; 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
