SECTION 1.
That the City of Iaducah accept the offer of Frod Lor
in the sum of ;,150.00 to be raid in cast: for the purchase of a
1112- acre tract of -round located in Littlesville, also his offer
of ,725.00 to l.e paid in cas'., for the oui�chase of Lot 7, Block 1,
of J. 1",. Little's sub -division of Let No. 5 of the Pool Division
plat of which is recorded in Plat Look "A", pa5e 9, 7.:cCradken
County Court Cler<c's Cffice, and the I:iayor and City Cler'._ are
i hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of said city
a deed under which said property shall ce conveyed with
covenant of aoecial %arranty of title and suNject to any
encroachments, defects, or any othsr state of ;acts which an
accurate survey of said property wou13 31iow.
SEC T'0: 2.
Vnis ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
