II of four (4) months from October 15th, 1043, said contract to
contain the following teres, conditions and ^ovenants:-
"The Company hereby agrees to sell and deliver to the City

�j upon its order the Sasoline end motor oil required for all 3overn-
�; mental operations during a period o" _our (4) ;Months from October
j 15th, 1C43, at the following prices: -
Gasoline ............................. 111! per Vial
First Grade Motor Oil (TronArtic) ,,,, 36I "
Second ;rade :.Iotor Oil (Unique) ...... 23(� :he
"Payment s: -.all be made by the City not .later than e t nth
of each month for the amount of products sold and delivered during
the nrecedin5 month. A discount. of l;b shall be allowed for all oil
nurchase:'. :curing any month if payment is :Wade on or before the lOtH
e of the next month.
"In consideration of the Aree;ient of the City to
purchase of the Company all of the gasoline and motor oil re-
quired for use during the aforesaid period, the Company agrees i
that in the event of a general advance in the retail price of
gasoline or :rotor oil at any time durin„ the aforesaid period,
the Company's o:-11 ation to sell and deliver iasoline and oil JI

at the aforesaid prices shall remain and continue in full force

and effect, but in the event of a decline in the retail price of j
