BE IT ORDAINED BY THE L-OARD OF C01, 11I331OUCRS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KEUTUC Kf:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of N.F.Scr
in the stun of •;;50.00 for the purchase'of a lot 40xlO2 feet at the
corner of 9th and bachman :3treets, the sum of %,25.00 to be paid
in cash and the balance in the sum of .,25.CO to be paid under a
Contract of :-'ale whercin said city 6111 agree and oblir-ate itself
to convey said property upon the payrient of said balance in five (5
�monthly installments in the sum of .,;5.00 each, toF;ether viith intere t
on said balance at the rate of 6 per annum until paid; and also
that the City of Paducah accept the offer of Fuie Dixon in the
sum of ..;50.00 for the purchase of Lot 1io. 4 in block No. 7 on
TvIurray Street between Olive and Green Streets, the sum of
}'20.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of };30.00
to be paid under a Contract of Sale wherein said city will agree
and obli-"ate itself to convey said property upon the payment of
said balance in six (6) monthly installments in the sum of •;5.00
each, t.o-ether with interest on said balance at the rate of 6
per annum until paid. And the Mayor and City Cler'•: are hereby
authorized to execute a contract for the sale of said property
upon the aforesaid terms and subject to such fnrtther terms, con-
ditions and. covenants as may be required by the City iianager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adopyion.
