SECTION 1.
That Lhe City of Paducah accent the offer of Otto E1ay
in' the sum of ,,:250.00 for the purchase of Lots Iios 19, 20, 21,
2.2 and 23 in clock Ido. 2 of 3orn12n 7: ':Jilliams Addition to the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, said lots bein; located on 9th Street
bet:cen husbands and _achman Streets, ,50.00 to be paid in cash
and the balance in the sum of ;;2.00.00 to be paid under a Contract
of Sale wherein said City ;'rill aSree and obligate itself to convey
said property upon the payment of sand balance in thirteen (13)
monthly installments in the sum of .,;15.00 each and one (1) install-
ment in the sum of ..e5.00 due and payable on I(ovember 29th, 1944,
together .:ith interest- on said balance at the rate of 6 per annLun',
until paid; that the City of Paducah also an(,.ept the offer of
Lester ;aih6s in the sum of ,.100.00 for the purchase of Lots Nos.
57, 5 59 and 60 on )odward Avenue in the City of Paducah, Iiy.,
the sum of .0 0.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum
of ;;60.00 to be paid under a Contract of Sale wherein said city
will afree and obligate itself to convey said property upon the
payment of said balance in six (6) monthly installments in the sum
of ;10.00 each, trith interest on said balance at the rate of 66
per annum until paid. And the I,4ayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized tp execute contracts for the sale of said property
upon the aforesaid terms and subject to such further teems,
conditions and covenants as may be required by the City tanager. �
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
