SECTION 1.
hat the City of Paducah accept the offer of P.L.Hardesty
in the sum of .,'200.00 to be paid In cash for the purchase of a
lot 40x17313" or. the ';:est side of oouth 4th Street, beginning
160 feet South of Adams Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky;
and also the offer of A.H.Dossett in the sura of •,;425.00 to be
paid in cash for the purchase of Lot 3 in :lock 21 of the Oeorge
T. l'hite Sub -division as shorn by plat recorded in Plat Book "A"
page 145, A7cCracken County Court clerk's Office; and the I3ayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf
of the Gity of Paducah, deeds under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of Special I'iarranty of title and subject
to any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts which
an accurate survey of said property mould show.

That the City of Paducah accept the offer of H.G.Collie
in the sum of :75.00 for the purchase of Lots 12 and 13 in hloc'c
"E" of Nauheim's Addition to the City of Paducah as shown by plat
recorded in ;'lat- Book "A", pages 166 &:167, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, the sum of F25.00 to be paid in cash and the
balance in the sum of K50.00 to be paid under a Contract of Sale
:Therein said City will agree and obll�ate itself to convey said
property upon the payment of said balance in five (5) monthly
installments in the sum of %y6.00 each, and one (1) installment
in the sum of 10.00 due and payable Larch 22nd, 1944, to;ether
with interest on said balance at the rate of 6;i0 per annum until
paid: also that the Oity of Paducah accept the offer of L.E.Reeves
in the sum of :;;125.00 for the purchase of Lot 11 in flock 24
of the ncorge T. White Nub -division to said city as shown by plat
recorded in Plat Lool: "A", page 145, aforesaid Clerk's Orrice,

the sum of ;:50.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of
:;75.00 to be paid under a Contract of ;Sale wherein sa:ici city will
af;ree and obli7ate itself to convey said property upon the payment
of said balance in seven (7) monthly installments in the stun of
;10.00 each and one (1) installment in the sum of ,.,5.00 due and
payable on fay 22nd, 1944, together with interest on said balance

Clerk are hereby authorized to execute contracts for the sale
of said property upon the aforesaid terms, and subject to such
further terms, conditions and covenants as may be required by
the City EarnaCer.
