BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION L.
That the City of Paducah accent the offer of Rex crick
in thesum of •„50.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot 20
in Llock 2 in O'Bryants Addition to the City of I=aducah, :Sentucky, has
shown by plat recorded in Plat '-ook "A”, pale 77, 1.1cCracken County
Court Clerk's Office; also the offer of +Iillian J. _:ill in the sum
of •.j75.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot 10 in Block 1
of Rowland Place Addition to the City of Paducah as sho,.%,rn by plat
recorded in Deed Book 40, page 366, 1'cCracken County Court Clerk+s
office; and also the offer of Cracie A. Cook in the sum of 5p300.00
to be paid in cash for the purchase of 100x173 feet on ti,e north s
of-.'ashincton Street, be.ginninK 440.08 feet west of the west prop(
line of 28th Street; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City "of Paducah,
deeds under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant o1
Special '.',arrarty of title and subject to any encroachments, defect
or any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said
property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its adoption.
