SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accent the offer of I7alter

Ida B. stout in the sum'of ":?225.00 for the purchase of property
located at :x'313 Thurman Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, th
sum of :;1'75.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum of
�:')15O.00 to be paid under a contract of sale wherein said city ti1ill
�Iagree and obli ate itself to convey said property upon the payment
of said balance of t!elve (12) monthly installments in the sum of
IiV12.50 each. And the Maycr and City Clerk are hereby authorized tol

Jexecute a contract for the sale of said property upon the aforesaid
