AN ORDINANCE AUTIiORIZING ME SALE TO 'IRS. CALLEY TAYLOR
OF LOTS MOS 21 & 22 IN BLOCK 3 OF HAYS SUB -DIVISION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; ALSO THE SALE TO :NILLIARD RAYMOND BELCHER OF LOT
NO. 19 IN BLOCK NO. 9 OF O'BRYAN'S ADDITION TO .SAID CITY; ALSO ME
SALE TO OTHIF ODELL BERKLEY OF LOT No. 1 IN BLOCK 21 OF GEORGE T.
WHITE'S SUB -DIVISION TO SAID CITY; AND ALSO THE SALE TO BIDDIE
JOHNSON OF LOT 30 OF BOwPdAN & WILLIAMS ADDITION TO SAID CITY;
AND AU MORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER
INSTRUEENTS OF CONVEYAI,CE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISS1 OVERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KE;STUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of 1,1rs. Callie
Taylor in the sum of .;;25.00 to be paid in c ash for the purchase
of Lots 21 & 22 in Block 3 of the Hays Sub-d(Dvision to the City of
Paducah, Kentucky; also the offer of 11,11 liard Raymond Belcher in
the sum of ;;:50.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot 19
in block 9 of O'Bryan's Addition to said city, also the offer of
Othie Odell Berkley in the sum of 1;425.00 to be paid in cash for th
purchase of L,)t 1 in block 21 of George T. Ilhitets Sub -division
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah deeds under which said
property shall be conveyed with covenant of S¢ecial Vuarranty of tit
and subject to any encroachments, defects or any state of fact
which an accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Biddie Johnson
in the sum of ;,325. CO for the purchase of Lot //30 in Bowman & Willi ms
Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the sum of 0100.00 to be
paid in cash and ti -.e balance in the sum of ;?225.00 to be paid under
a Contract of Sale Wherein said city will agree and obligate itself
to convey said property upon the payment of said balance in eleven{11)
monthly installments in the sum of ,V20.00 each, and one (1) install)
ment in the sum of ?,5 I
.00 due and payable August 11th, 1944, totiethe
with interest on said balance at the rate of Gib/ per annum until pail.
And the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the sale of said property upon the aforesaid terms andi
subject to such further #erms, conditions and comenants as may be

SECTION 3.
This ordinance s1kill be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
