PLAT OF CHAY3LIN, MURRAY AND BP,ONN ADDITION TO SAID CITY, AND

AUTHORIZING THE EAYOR AI•ID CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER III3TRU1.IENTSI
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING THIS ORDINANCE INTO EFFECT
BE IT ORDAINED BC THE BOARD OF COI:I1JI-33IONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUHAH, KEi•ITUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Robert H. A1sbrooks
in the sum of ;175.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot Not' 3
in Block "B" of Pace's Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Is
shown by Plat of said Addition recorded in Plat Book "A", pages fffi,
262-263, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; also the offer of i.
R. Davis in the sum of '1100.00 for the purchase of Lots Nos,. 9, 10
& 11 of the Chamblin, Murray and Brown Hddition, as shown by Plat
in Book 5, nage 81 in the office of the City Engineer of Paducah,
Kentucky, said lots to be sold under a Contract providing for the
pnyment of {25.00 in cash and the remainder of the c ost to be paid
in installments of $10.00 per month, and a deed of conveyance to b
delivered upon the payment of the purchase price in full; and that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute
proper instruments for the purpose of carrying this ordinance into{
effect.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
