DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO1Z4I3SIONEP,S OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Thomas
(Dobson in the sum of $100.00 to be paid in cash, for the purchase
of a lot located at 7"321 South 8th Street in the City of Paducah,
(Kentucky; and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and
empowered to execute a deed under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of Special 'Varranty of title and subject
to defects, encroachments or any other state of fact which an
l accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
