AN ORDINANCE AUTIIORIZIi,G THE SALE OF L07RS 45 F; 46 IN
BLOCK 7 ADDITION "J" OR JERSEY CITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, TO FJ. W. ROGERS; ALSO TILE SALE TO IRVING P. BRIGHT OF I)
PROPERTY ON KENTUCKY AVENUE BETNEEN 28TH AND 29TH STREETS: AND
AUT11ORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS OF COIIVEYAIICE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM14ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
j That the City of Paducah accept the offer of 19. ;°!. Rogers

in the sum of $20.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lots NC
45 and 46 in Block No. 7, Addition "J" or Jersey City Addition to t
City of Paducah, Kentucky, as shown by plat of said addition recon
ii
in Deed Book "P", page 369, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office;
and that the City of Paducah also accept the offer of Irving P.
Bright in the sum of n;275.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase ofj
property located on Kentucky Avenue and being 100.02 feet by 173
feet, and beginning 446.73 feet west of the Nest property line of
28th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute deeds
under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of
,I Special Warranty of title and subject to defects, encroachments I
ii or any other state of fact which an accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
