THE 'COUNTY COURT CLERK OF IdCCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY; AILD AUTrIO
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED'BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KMWTUCICY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. id. Elkins
in the sum of $100.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of
Lot No. 12 ih Block No. 2 of OlBryan's Addition recorded in Plat
Book A, page 77.in the office of the County Court Clerk of
McCracken County, Kentucky; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute deed under which said property
shall be conveyed with covenant of Special Warranty of title and
subject to defects, encroachments or any other state of fact which
an accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
