AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZIHG THE FAL-: OF' PROPERTY AT X1018
SOUTH 5TH STREET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO HCRACE HART; ALSO
THE SALE OF PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 6TH AND CLAY
STREETS TO THE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH; AND AU MiORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO faECUTE DEEDS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONGR3 OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
3EC TION 1.
i That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Horace Hart
in the sum of ;,500.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of
propertu located at 1018 South 5th Street in Paducah, Kentucky,
1 being a lot 43 feet 6 inches by 1"0 feet 9 inches, and being a
part of Lot "A" or Lot 6 in Block 13 as shown by plat in the
office of the City Engineer in Plat Book 5, page 14; and that the
City of Paducah also accept the offer of the Assembly of God
it Church in the sum of :400.00 for the purchase of a lot at the

Southeast corner of 6th and Clay Streets, being 57 feet 9 inches
j by 165 feet, as shown by plat in the City Engineer's office in
Plat Book 1, page 57, the sum of :;,'300.00 to be paid in cash and
the balance in ten (10) equal monthly installments in the sum of
X10.00 each; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and empowered to execute deeds under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of Special Vlarranty of title and subject

to defects, encroachments or any other state of fact which an
accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full foree and effect from and
after its adoption.
