HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 869, No Ordinance Number869 x ii AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SPITTING OR EXPECTORATING IN ANY PUBLIC BUILDING, DOORWAY, OR SIDEVIALK OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, ii KENTUCKY, PROHIBITING SPITTING OR THRONING CIGARETTES, CIGARS, PAPER OR ANY OBJECT OUT OF ANY WINDOW OF AN OFFICE OR STORE BUILDING; • i it AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO':*!IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, IENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to spit i or expectorate upon the floor, vialls or doorway of any public building, situated in the City of Paducah, Kentudky, or to spit or expectorate upon any sidevialk in said city. SECTION 2. It shall also be unlawful for any person or persons to spit or expectorate out of the window of any building or to throw cigarettes, cigars, paper, trash or any other object out of any window of an office or store building in said city. I SECTION 3 A ny person or persons violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Police Court of the City of Paducah, be fined in any sum not: less than One (}x1.00) Dollar nor more than Five (x''5.00) Dollars for each offense. Q:5-00) SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith a+e, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 5.
