AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
TO FRED MORGAN OF LOT NO. 20 IN BLOCK NO. 6, AND LOT NG. 21
IN BLOCK NO. 1, OF THE J. W. LITTLE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF SAID ADDITION RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK "A", PAGE 70, MCCRACY.E`I COUNTY COURT CLERK'S
OFFICE, AND AUTHCR IZING THE 14A YOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C014MISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Fred Morgan
in the sum of 4?42.00 to be paid in cash, for the purchase
of Lot No. 20 in Block 6 and Lot No. 21 in Block 1, of J. W. Little's
Addition to the City of Paducah, as shown by Plat of said addition
recorded in Plat Book "A", page 70, McCracken County Court Clerk's
.Office, and theMayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
:empowered to execute, for and on bhhalf of the City of Paducah, a
,'deed under which said property shall be Bonveyed with
Covenant of Special V`arranty of Title, and subject to
'ddfects, encroachments, or any other state of fact which
an:accurate survey would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
,from and after its adoption.
